This guide explains how to change the active status of products in your PhotoBiz ECommerce system. You can update a single product when making individual changes, or use bulk actions to update multiple products at once. Managing product status helps you control which products are visible and available for purchase on your website and in Client Galleries.
By the end of this article, you will know how to publish, unpublish, or disable products using both methods.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-hand menu. This opens your ECommerce dashboard where all product settings are managed.
At the top of the ECommerce dashboard, hover over SELL ONLINE, then click PRODUCTS. This opens your full list of ECommerce products.
Locate the product you want to update. To change a single product, click directly on the product name to open the product editor.
In the product editor, find the Active setting. Select the status you want to apply to this product, then save your changes. The product status updates immediately based on your selection.
Confirm that the product now shows the correct status in your product list. Products marked as active are available for purchase, while inactive or disabled products are hidden from customers.
From the PRODUCTS list in ECommerce, use the checkboxes to select multiple products you want to update.
Once selected, click the Bulk Actions option at the top of the product list.
The Select Bulk Actions window will open. Choose Active Yes or No and then click on APPLY CHANGES to complete your bulk action.
