Overview
With PhotoBiz Client Galleries ECommerce, you can sell individual digital images or digital packages directly to your clients. By default, digital download links remain active for 7 days after an order has been paid.
If your client did not download their files before the link expired, you can resend the download link from the order details. Resending the link creates a new 7-day download window for the client.
This guide explains how to resend a digital download link so your client can access their purchased files again.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click the NOTIFICATION icon in the top-right corner of your control panel.
The notification panel will open on the right side of the screen. Click the order that includes the digital download link you want to resend.
Inside the order details, click the DOWNLOADS button in the upper-right corner of the order window.
Click the name of the digital download you want to resend to your client.
Review the client’s email address. If needed, update the email address before sending the new link.
Click SEND NEW DOWNLOAD LINK. The new download link will remain active for 7 days from the time it is sent.
After the new link has been sent, you will see a confirmation message. Your client will receive the updated download link by email.
Each time you resend a download link, a new 7-day expiration period begins.
You can resend download links multiple times if needed.
Updating the client’s email address before resending is helpful if the original email address was entered incorrectly.
If your client does not receive the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
