Your PhotoBiz membership plan controls your available features, file storage, and add-on services. You can view your current plan, see which add-ons are active, and make upgrades directly from your account dashboard. This guide shows you where to find your membership details and how to request changes if you need more storage or features.
By the end of this article, you will know how to confirm your current plan and understand your upgrade options.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click My Account in the left-side menu.
At the top of the My Account page, review your current membership plan. This section shows your active plan name and billing details.
Below your plan information, you will also see any active add-ons associated with your account, such as additional storage or services you have purchased.
Review your active add-ons. Depending on your account, these may include:
Original Files
Additional Storage
Mailbox
Domain Registration
SEO Go Services
Social Media Services
These add-ons remain active as long as they are part of your current subscription.
If you need more file space or want to switch to a different plan, click the “Change” option next to your membership details.
You’ll be able to:
💡 Note: If you upgrade before your billing date, you’ll only pay a prorated amount.
Refunds are not issued for downgrades.
Legacy membership plans are no longer offered to new clients but can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. If you are on a legacy plan and need more file space, you have two options:
Upgrade your current legacy plan
Convert your membership to the $29 Website Package, which includes 5,000 files
