How to Update Service Prices in PhotoBiz ECommerce

Overview

PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell services directly through your website using the Services Block in the Website Builder. If your pricing changes, you can update an existing service price from your ECommerce Dashboard.

This guide walks you through how to update the price for a service you have already created in PhotoBiz ECommerce. Once saved, the updated price will apply anywhere that ECommerce service is displayed on your website.

Important Note About Scheduler Services

This guide is for services managed in the ECommerce Dashboard and displayed through the Services Block.

If you need to update the price for a Scheduler service, that is managed in the Scheduler section of your account instead. See: How to Update a Scheduler Service Price.

STEP ONE

Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu. This opens your ECommerce Dashboard, where you can manage your online store, products, services, orders, price lists, coupons, taxes, and other selling tools.

STEP TWO

At the top of the ECommerce Dashboard, hover over SELL ONLINE and click SERVICES in the dropdown menu. This opens the Services section, where you can view and manage the ECommerce services you have already created.

STEP THREE

Use the search bar or click the name of the service you want to update. This opens the service settings, where you can edit the service name, description, price, images, and other service details.

FINAL STEP

Find the service price field and enter the updated price for your service. After you make the change, click Save Changes to apply the new price.

Your updated service price will now be saved in your ECommerce Dashboard. If this service is displayed on your website through a Services Block, the new price will appear there automatically.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

ECommerce Services are commonly used for sessions, appointments, consultations, packages, or other services that you want clients to purchase directly from your website.

If you do not see the service you want to update, make sure you are in the ECommerce Dashboard under Sell Online > Services. Scheduler services are managed separately and will not appear in this section.

Saving your changes will automatically apply the new price anywhere the service is available online.
