How to Use the Safe List in Your PhotoBiz Mailbox
With your PhotoBiz Mailbox, you can safelist (whitelist) trusted senders by adding their email addresses, domains, or IP addresses. Adding a sender to your Safe List helps ensure you consistently receive messages from them by bypassing spam filtering.
When to Use the Safe List
You should safelist a sender when you want to guarantee their emails are delivered directly to your inbox without being flagged as spam. This is helpful for newsletters you trust, vendor communication, and any email source you want to ensure you never miss.
By default, PhotoBiz system notification servers are automatically included in your safelist so you receive important account-related emails.

Additional Notes & Recommendations
- The Safe List should only include senders you trust completely.
- You can use the Block List in Spam Settings if you need to block unwanted senders.
- If you're not receiving an expected email, check your Spam Folders, Block List, and Safe List for possible issues.
- If you ever suspect a phishing attempt, do not click any links. Mark the message as spam and delete it.
- Rackspace (our email service provider) will never contact you directly by email about your mailbox password or security. If you receive an email claiming to be from Rackspace, treat it as suspicious.
