All form submissions are captured and stored in your CONTACTS based on the Email Address that was used on the form submission. You can also use the other Contact Fields such as First Name Last Name, Phone, Address, and more. You can view or delete these submissions at any time, this guide will walk you through where to go and view or delete form submissions for a specific contact.
Important Note: If you delete a form submission from your contacts, it's permanent and cannot be recovered.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CONTACTS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Search your contact's name that you want to view or delete their form submission.
STEP THREE
Click on the Contact to open the details.
STEP FOUR
Click on the SUBMISSIONS option in the left column to view any submissions your contact has sent through your forms. Click on the Form submission date or name to view the details.
FINAL STEP
After you click on an individual form submission, you'll see all the submission details. From here, you can delete the submission, print the submission, view the document view of the submission, start a conversation or view conversation.
