If you registered your domain through PhotoBiz, we’ve got you covered! We manage your DNS settings and take care of domain renewal as part of your membership.
But if you’d prefer to handle your own domain registration, manage DNS, or renew through a third-party service, you can request a domain transfer out.
HOW IT WORKS
To take control of your domain, you’ll first need to create an account with ENOM (our domain registrar). Once the transfer is complete, you’ll have full access to your domain settings and can move it to any registrar of your choice.
Transfer Cost: There is a one-time $25.00 fee to transfer your domain from PhotoBiz.
This guide will walk you through the steps to complete the transfer.
STEP ONE
Create an ENOM Account
Start by creating an ENOM account using this link:
STEP TWO
Complete Your ENOM Profile
Before requesting a transfer, make sure your ENOM account is set up properly:
✅ Fill out your profile completely
✅ Add a payment method to your ENOM account
✅ Set your account to “allow pushes” by submitting a verified support ticket to ENOM.

STEP THREE
Send Details to PhotoBiz
Once your ENOM account is ready, send the following information to our team:
📌 Payment Authorization – Confirm that we can charge the $25.00 transfer fee to the card on file with your PhotoBiz account.
📌 Your ENOM User ID – The username associated with your ENOM account.
📌 Account Status – Confirm that your ENOM account is set to allow pushes.
After we receive this information, our Domains Team will process your transfer request. Once complete, you’ll be able to point your domain to any website or move it to another registrar almost immediately.
FINAL STEP
Confirm Your PhotoBiz Account Status
As part of the process, please let us know whether you plan to keep your PhotoBiz membership active or if you'd like to cancel your account.
