How to Update Your Email Address in PhotoBiz
Your PhotoBiz account email is the one you use to log in, receive receipts, and get communications from us. It’s also the default notification email throughout your account. Here's how to easily update it:

We send important notifications to this email, like:
- Membership renewals
- Form submissions
- Client gallery activity
- Ecommerce orders
- ...and more!
If you haven't been receiving these emails, your address may be marked as non-deliverable. This can happen if our email servers are unable to reach your email address. If this happens, feel free to reach out to us via phone or live chat, and we can help restore your notifications.
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account.
In the left-side menu, click on MY ACCOUNT.
STEP TWO
Under the ACCOUNT DETAILS dropdown at the top of the control panel, click on LOGIN INFO.
FINAL STEP
Enter the new email address you’d like to use as your default and click UPDATE INFORMATION.
