How to Cancel Original Files on Your PhotoBiz Account
You can cancel the Original Files add-on at any time by:
- Calling our Passionate Support Team at 866.463.7620 (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST), or
- Submitting a support ticket from your account.
⚠️ Important: What Happens When You Cancel Original Files
Canceling this add-on means that all full-resolution files larger than 4MB will be permanently deleted from your account and cannot be recovered unless you re-upload them manually. Here's what that includes:

Client Galleries:
Any image larger than 4MB will be deleted. Smaller, web-sized versions will stay.
→ You will no longer be able to sell full-resolution digital downloads. -
Website Builder & Blog:
Any image over 4MB will be deleted. Smaller versions will stay. -
Video Files:
Any video file over 4MB will be permanently deleted. -
Image Clipboard:
Any image larger than 4MB will be deleted. Smaller versions will stay. -
Files Section (Documents):
Any uploaded file over 4MB will be deleted.
🧠 Keep in Mind
Once deleted, original files are not backed up anywhere in your account. If your local copies (on your computer or external drives) are lost, PhotoBiz cannot recover them.
