PhotoBiz offers branded email with our Mailbox service. This allows you to create an email address @yourdomain.
PhotoBiz Mailbox users can recover email messages up to 14 days after they have been permanently deleted from the Trash folder. To recover deleted emails, follow these steps.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Rackspace, our Email Service Provider, automatically deletes messages after 14 days. Once this period has passed, the messages are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
STEP ONE
Log into your Mailbox through webmail at https://mailbox.photobiz.com
STEP TWO
Ensure that the missing messages are not in the Trash or another folder.
STEP THREE
Right-click the Trash folder and select Recover Deleted Email.
STEP FOUR
Select the emails you want to recover.
STEP FIVE
Click Recover to Folder and choose the destination folder where the recovered messages should be saved.
STEP SIX
Once you see the confirmation "Message(s) Recovered," close the recovery tool and verify that the emails have been restored to the selected folder.
To view your recovered deleted messages, navigate to the folder where you restored them in your webmail.
