Troubleshooting: Unable to Delete Emails in Your PhotoBiz Mailbox
If your mailbox is full, you may not be able to send or receive new emails until you free up space. The best way to do this is by logging into Webmail and deleting old messages from your folders.
If you're running into problems while trying to delete emails, don't worry — this guide covers common issues and how to fix them.
Issue: Deleted Emails Keep Reappearing
What’s happening:
When you delete a large number of emails at once (like a full page), Webmail may take some time to process the changes. You might see those emails reappear in your inbox or other folders temporarily.
What to do:
Just wait! Webmail usually finishes processing within 30–60 minutes, and the deleted emails should disappear on their own.
Issue: Error Message When Deleting Emails
Error example:
[OVERQUOTA] Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)
What’s happening:
Your mailbox is full, and it’s trying to move deleted emails to the Trash folder — but since there’s no room left, that action fails.
How to fix it:

In Webmail, click the ☰ menu icon in the top-right corner.

Select Settings.

Under General Settings, uncheck these two boxes:

☐ Move deleted email to the Trash folder

☐ Move purged email to the Trash folder

Save your changes.
Now when you delete an email, it will be permanently removed instead of trying to move it to Trash — freeing up space right away.
