How to Set Up Your PhotoBiz Mailbox in Microsoft Outlook (Windows)
Windows users can easily connect their PhotoBiz Mailbox to Microsoft Outlook! This guide walks you through setting everything up so you can send and receive email without a hitch.

✅ Before You Begin
Make sure:
- You’ve installed the latest Windows and Outlook updates.
- You have your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address and password handy. If you aren't sure what your PhotoBiz Mailbox password is, you can easily reset it in your PhotoBiz control panel.

STEP ONE
Open Outlook & Start Setup

Launch Outlook on your computer.

If this is your first time opening Outlook, it’ll prompt you to Add an Account. If not, go to File > Add Account.

Enter your full PhotoBiz Mailbox email address, then click Connect.
STEP TWO
Enter Mailbox Password & Server Settings

Enter your PhotoBiz Mailbox password.

Click Advanced options or Show More to enter the custom server settings.
Make sure these settings are correct:

Account type: IMAP

Incoming mail server:

Port:
993 -
Encryption:
SSL/TLS

Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
secure.emailsrvr.com-
Port:
465 -
Encryption:
SSL/TLS

Click Next or Connect when you're done.
FINISH SETUP
Outlook will begin syncing your email with Microsoft’s cloud.
You may see a privacy notice from Microsoft—review it and click Apply Settings.
Outlook will complete setup by applying your Windows and profile preferences.
🎉 That’s it! Your PhotoBiz Mailbox is now set up in Outlook. You’re ready to start sending and receiving emails.
