Already have a domain name you registered somewhere else? Great news, you can easily connect it to your PhotoBiz website when you're ready to launch!
Before you begin, make sure you have access to your domain’s settings so you can point it to your PhotoBiz site. This guide walks you through how to submit your domain setup request and get the 4 custom name servers you’ll need.

We recommend finishing your website layout and design first.
Why? During the domain setup process, your temporary preview link will no longer work and your website builder will be temporarily unavailable for 24–48 hours while your domain updates and your SSL certificate activates. Once complete, full access to your builder and content will be restored.
All of your work is saved during this time. If you’re not quite ready to launch, our team can place your site back on a temporary domain so that your preview link works again.
Log in and Go to Domains
Choose “Use Your Existing Domain”
Enter Your Domain Name and Email Info
If You Select YES for Email:
You’ll be asked to choose your current email provider from the following:
Why we ask: This helps avoid any downtime for your branded email during the domain transfer.
You’ll also be asked for an alternate email address so we can still reach you during setup.
Important: Please do not change your name servers until PhotoBiz confirms your email MX records are added to our system. If updated too early, your email could temporarily go down. Once everything is in place, your email will be restored within 2–24 hours.
If You Select NO for Email:

After you submit your domain request:
Once your name servers are updated and your domain is fully propagated, your PhotoBiz site will go live.
If you had existing email accounts, they may go down briefly during this transition—but they’ll start working again once the domain finishes updating.
Propagation Timeframe
After your nameservers are updated, it can take 24–48 hours for your domain to fully propagate worldwide. During this time, you and your visitors may:
