How to Sell Individual Digital Downloads in PhotoBiz Client Galleries
With PhotoBiz Client Galleries, you can easily sell digital image downloads directly to your customers. This guide walks you through how to set up individual digital prints for sale using the ECommerce tools in your PhotoBiz account.

Important Info About Downloads
- Once a digital image is purchased and payment is complete, the client will receive a download link by email.
- The link is valid for 7 days by default.
- You can extend the expiration in the order details if needed.
STEP ONE
Log In to ECommerce
- Log into your PhotoBiz account.
- From the left-hand menu, click ECommerce to open the control panel.
STEP TWO
Select Digital Images
- Hover over Sell Online in the top menu.
- From the drop-down list, choose Digital Images.
STEP THREE
Add a New Digital Image
- Click the New Image button to create a new digital download product.
- If you’ve already added digital images, they will appear here for editing or review.
STEP FOUR
Configure Your Digital Download
Fill in the details for your digital image:

Name – Give your image a clear title.

Price – Set how much you’ll charge for the download.

Resolution Options:

Web Size – Low Resolution: Max 1500 x 865 pixels, 72 dpi

Web Size – High Resolution: Max 3000 x 1730 pixels, 72 dpi

Original File: (Premium feature, up to 50MB). You can add this in the Premium Upgrades section of your account.

Active – Toggle to activate/deactivate the image for sale.

Charge Tax – Choose whether or not to apply sales tax.
Once you're done, click Add Digital Image to save.

Repeat these steps to add multiple digital image options to your price list.
Once a client has placed an order for a digital print, they will receive an email with a download link for their digital prints. The download link will not work until the order status is paid.

What Clients Will See
Once a client purchases a digital image and payment is confirmed:
- They’ll receive a receipt email with a download link.
- The file will be available to download from their receipt.
