HOW TO ADD A POP-UP WITH A VIDEO TUTORIAL TO YOUR CLIENT GALLERIES
Your PhotoBiz Website package includes Client Galleries and Pop-Ups. A great way to use this feature is by adding a pop-up that welcomes clients and includes a short video tutorial on how to complete a purchase in their gallery.
Follow the steps below to create and publish a helpful pop-up with a video guide inside your client galleries.
STEP ONE
From the left-side menu of your PhotoBiz account, click on MARKETING.
STEP TWO
At the top center of the Marketing control panel, click on POP-UP BUILDER.
STEP THREE
Click the NEW POP-UP button to create a new pop-up.
STEP FOUR
On the right-side menu, scroll down to the CLIENT GALLERIES TUTORIALS section.
Choose one of the following video tutorial options to include in your pop-up:
- FULL WALKTHROUGH
- HOW TO PURCHASE
STEP FIVE
Click the EDIT button to customize your pop-up content.
You can update:
- Text: Title, description, and disclaimer
- Video: (This is pre-loaded with a Vimeo embed code — do not change this code, or the video may not work)
- Button: Text and links
- Styling: Overlay settings and pop-up location
- Colors: Background, text, button, and accent colors
- Fonts: Title and content fonts
When you’re done editing, click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom.
Then click outside the right-side menu to close it.
STEP SIX
Click the SETTINGS button to update where and how your pop-up appears.
To make sure the pop-up only shows in your Client Galleries, choose the following:
- DISPLAY IN BUILDER: Do Not Display
- DISPLAY IN CLIENT GALLERIES: All Pages or Specific Category
You can also set:
- Delay time: How long to wait before the pop-up appears
- Frequency: How often it shows up for returning visitors
Click SAVE CHANGES to apply these settings.
FINAL STEP
Click outside the settings menu, then click the PUBLISH button.
In the publish settings menu:
- Set your Start Date and Expiration Date
- Click SAVE CHANGES to make your pop-up live
