How to Check Your PhotoBiz Mailbox Email
With PhotoBiz Mailbox, you get a professional, branded email address — like you@yourdomain.com — that you can access anytime. Once your Mailbox is set up, there are several ways to check your email. This guide walks you through each option and what to do if you run into any issues with accessing your email via webmail.
1. Double-Check Your Login Info
Make sure you’re using the correct email address and password when logging into webmail.
The most common error message people see when logging in incorrectly is:
“Contact Your Email Administrator.”
This usually means the email address was entered incorrectly.
2. Check Rackspace Status
PhotoBiz Mailbox uses Rackspace for email hosting. If you're having trouble logging in, it may be due to a service issue.

3. Reset Your Password
