With PhotoBiz Mailbox, you can create a professional, branded email address (like you@yourdomain.com). Once your Mailbox is set up, there are several easy ways to access your email. This guide walks you through your options:
Confirm You Are Using The Correct Email Adddress & Password
When you're logging into your Mailbox through your webmail be sure that you're using the correct email address and password. The most common message our Customer Support team sees with this scenario is "Contact Your Email Administrator" if you're using the wrong email address.

You can check to see if there are any service interruptions with Rackspace on their status page at the following link:
