If you're using a third-party email service for branded email or marketing email campaigns, your service provider might ask you to add specific records such as CNAME, TXT, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC to your DNS settings to validate or verify your domain.
If we're managing your DNS settings for your domain, our support team can add the DNS records that your service provider is requesting.
Once you've gotten the records from your provider, you can log into your PhotoBiz account and send us the records you need via live chat.
Important Note: PhotoBiz Support can add the appropriate DNS records from your service provider, however specific questions about those accounts and functionality, you'll need to contact your provider's customer support.
