Overview
PhotoBiz Marketing allows you to customize the branding used for your email marketing campaigns. By default, your email campaigns use the Auto Branding settings from your PhotoBiz account. This keeps your logo, favicon, and company information consistent across your client communications.
You can also choose to use custom branding specifically for email marketing campaigns. This overrides the Auto Branding option from your PhotoBiz control panel for email campaigns only. It does not change the branding used in other areas of your PhotoBiz account.
This guide walks you through how to access your Marketing branding settings and customize the branding used for your email campaigns.
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu. This will open your Marketing Dashboard, where you can manage email campaigns, contacts, and marketing settings.
At the top center of the Marketing Dashboard, click EMAIL CAMPAIGNS. This will open the Email Campaigns area of PhotoBiz Marketing.
Click the SETTINGS button in the top right corner of the Email Campaigns area. This will take you to the settings area for your PhotoBiz Marketing email campaigns.
In your Email Campaign settings, locate the branding options. By default, your email campaign branding will use the Auto branding settings from your PhotoBiz account.
If you want your email campaigns to use separate branding, change the branding option from Auto to Custom.
Once Custom branding is selected, you can update the branding details used specifically for PhotoBiz Marketing email campaigns. This may include uploading a custom logo, adding a favicon, and editing the company details shown in your marketing emails.
When you are finished, scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.
Your PhotoBiz Marketing email campaigns will now use the custom branding you saved. Your Auto Branding settings will remain unchanged for other areas of your account.
Using Global branding is best if you want your email campaigns to match the branding used across the rest of your PhotoBiz account.
Using Custom branding is helpful if you want your PhotoBiz Marketing emails to use different branding than your main account. For example, you may want to use a seasonal logo, a studio sub-brand, or alternate company details for marketing messages.
Custom Marketing branding only affects email campaigns sent through PhotoBiz Marketing. It does not change the branding used for your website, client galleries, forms, receipts, invoices, automations, or other account areas.
If you update your Global Branding later, those changes will only apply to email campaigns if your Marketing branding is set to Global. If your Marketing branding is set to Custom, you will need to update the Marketing settings separately.
