How to Customize Email Campaign Colors in PhotoBiz

Overview

PhotoBiz Marketing allows you to send up to 10,000 emails per month while keeping your branding consistent across every campaign. Customizing your email color scheme helps your campaigns feel more professional and aligned with your website and brand identity. You can easily update colors such as backgrounds, text, buttons, and accents directly within the campaign settings.

This guide walks you through how to customize the color scheme of your email marketing campaigns. By the end, your email design will reflect your branding and display consistently across email platforms.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on MARKETING on the left side menu.

STEP TWO

Click new campaign to create a new email marketing campaign or click on the name of the marketing campaign you want to edit the colors for, or create a new marketing campaign. If you have multiple categories of campaigns, you can use the search bar to easily find the campaign your want to edit. 

STEP THREE

In the upper-right corner of the campaign builder, click SETTINGS. This opens the campaign settings panel where you can manage details for that specific campaign.

STEP FOUR

The right side panel will open, click on the COLORS tab. Scroll down and you can update the colors for your email campaign at the bottom of the email campaign builder. You can enter a six digit hex color code or use the color wheel option to change any of the following options:

  • BACKGROUND
  • BORDER
  • CONTENT
  • TEXT
  • BUTTON TEXT
  • ACCENT 1
  • ACCENT 2

Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the section to update the color scheme for your email campaign.
