Overview
Bulk Actions in PhotoBiz ECommerce let you update multiple products at the same time instead of editing each one individually. This is useful when you need to adjust pricing, enable or disable shipping, or change product availability across several items. Using Bulk Actions helps streamline your workflow and maintain consistency across your store. This guide walks you through how to select products and apply bulk updates efficiently.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
Hover over SELL ONLINE at the top of your screen and click PRODUCTS from the dropdown menu.
Search for or select the products you want to update. You can only select products that are visible in your current category or within your search results.
To select all products in the current view, click the checkbox at the top of the list. To select individual products, click the checkbox next to each product.
Click the BULK ACTION button.
Choose the settings you want to apply to your selected products. After making your selections, click Apply Changes to update all selected products at once.
