How to Use Bulk Actions for Products in PhotoBiz ECommerce

In PhotoBiz ECommerce, Bulk Actions allow you to apply settings to multiple products at once, saving you time and effort. Whether you need to update pricing, shipping options, or product status, this feature lets you make changes to several products simultaneously. This guide will show you how to use Bulk Actions to manage your products more efficiently.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Hover over SELL ONLINE at the top of your screen and click on PRODUCTS in the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

Search for or select the products you want to apply your bulk action to. You can only select products that are displayed in the current category you’re viewing or from your product search results. To select all products in the category or search results, click the checkbox at the top. To select specific products, click the checkbox next to each product.

STEP FOUR

Click on the BULK ACTION button.

STEP FIVE

Select the bulk action(s) you'd like to apply to your selected products. You can choose from the following options:

Price: Choose from No change or Set a price.
Charge Tax: Choose from No change, Yes, or No.
Charge Shipping: Choose from No change, Yes, or No.
Additional Shipping Cost: Choose from No change or Set a price.
Active: Choose from No change, Yes, or No.
Product Options - Display Price: Choose from No change, Yes, or No.

Once you’ve selected your options, click Apply Changes to apply your bulk actions to the selected products.
