PhotoBiz AI is an integrated tool designed to help photographers quickly and easily create content directly within their PhotoBiz account. Whether you’re crafting biographies, service descriptions, or blog posts, PhotoBiz AI generates professional, customized copy that matches your brand, all without leaving your website editor. This guide will show you how to use PhotoBiz AI to generate text for your photography website.
Why Use PhotoBiz AI?
PhotoBiz AI is built specifically for photographers, which means the content it generates is tailored to your industry. Instead of switching between platforms or relying on generic tools, you can create high-quality content that fits your style and services, saving time and ensuring everything stays in one place.
What is a PhotoBiz AI Request?
A PhotoBiz AI Request is when you submit a prompt or inquiry within the platform, and the AI creates text or content based on that input.
Each month, you receive 50 AI Requests at no extra cost. Your request count automatically resets on the 1st of each month. If you need more than 50 requests in a month, you can purchase additional ones directly from your control panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
Navigate to the page where you want to add content.
STEP TWO
Click on a Text Editor block or a Text + Image block where you want to insert new text.
STEP THREE
Within the text editor, click on the Ask PhotoBiz AI button. This opens up a prompt field where you can ask PhotoBiz AI to generate content for you.
STEP FOUR
Enter a detailed prompt that describes the kind of text you want. The more specific your prompt, the better the generated content will be. For example:
- “Write a bio for a family photographer with 10 years of experience.”
- “Describe my wedding photography services, emphasizing candid moments and natural lighting.”
- “Create a blog post about what to wear for an engagement photoshoot.”
Click the Generate Text button, and PhotoBiz AI will produce content based on your prompt. You can review the text it generates directly within the editor.
STEP FIVE
Make any edits to the generated text as needed. The content is fully editable, so you can tweak the wording, tone, or add extra details to personalize it to your brand.
STEP SIX
Once you're happy with the text, click Save Changes to apply it to your page. Your new copy will now be live on your website!
