Overview
PhotoBiz allows you to accept offline payment methods in addition to standard online credit and debit card payments. This includes options like cash, Zelle, Venmo, in-person payments, or mailed checks.
Using offline payments gives your clients flexibility to place orders through your website or client galleries while completing payment outside of the online checkout system. This guide will walk you through how to set up an offline payment method and customize the instructions your clients will see.

How to Update the Payment Status on an Order
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-hand menu.
This will open your ECommerce dashboard where all payment and order settings are managed.
At the top center of the ECommerce dashboard, hover over PAYMENT, then click MERCHANTS from the dropdown menu.
This section is where you manage all payment methods available in your account.
Click the NEW MERCHANT button.
This allows you to create a new payment option that will be available during checkout.
From the merchant type dropdown, select OFFLINE PAYMENT and complete the setup fields.
You will customize how this payment option appears to your clients and what instructions they receive after placing an order.
Payment Name
Enter a clear and recognizable name for the payment method. This is what your client will see at checkout.
