Overview
Two-factor authentication, also called 2FA, adds an extra layer of security to your PhotoBiz account. When 2FA is turned on, you must enter a 6-digit verification code after entering your email address and password.
This guide explains how to change your 2FA method from inside your PhotoBiz account. You can switch between text message verification and email verification, depending on what is available for your account.
If you cannot receive your 2FA code and are unable to log in, you will need to contact PhotoBiz Support for help resetting your access.
Before you begin, make sure you can log in to your PhotoBiz account and receive the verification code using your current 2FA method.
You can receive your 2FA code by:
Phone verification by text message is available for customers in the United States and Canada. Email verification is available worldwide.
If you cannot receive your verification code, do not continue trying to log in repeatedly.

Go to your PhotoBiz login page and enter your email address and password.
When prompted, enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your current 2FA method. This may be sent by text message or email, depending on how your account is currently set up.
After the code is accepted, you will be logged in to your PhotoBiz account.
Click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
At the top center of the My Account control panel, hover over ACCOUNT DETAILS and click LOGIN INFO from the dropdown menu.
This opens the Login Info section, where you can manage your login details and two-factor authentication settings.
In the Login Info section, choose your preferred two-factor authentication method.
You can choose from the available options on your account:
Click SAVE CHANGES to update your 2FA settings.
Your new two-factor authentication method will be used the next time you log in to your PhotoBiz account.
You can update your 2FA method any time you are able to log in to your account.
If you are changing phone numbers, update your 2FA settings before you lose access to your old number. This helps prevent login issues.
If you use email verification, make sure you can access the email inbox connected to your PhotoBiz login. You should also check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the verification code right away.
For account security, PhotoBiz Support must verify your identity before helping reset two-factor authentication.
I changed my phone number and cannot receive my code.

I no longer have access to my email inbox.
Contact PhotoBiz Support. You will need help verifying your identity before your 2FA access can be reset.
My code is not arriving.
Check that your phone has service or that your email inbox is accessible. If you are using email, check your spam or junk folder. If the code still does not arrive, contact PhotoBiz Support.

Can I change my 2FA method myself?
Yes. You can change your 2FA method from the Login Info section of My Account as long as you can still log in and receive your current verification code.
