How To Reset or Change Your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in PhotoBiz
Two-factor authentication (2FA) protects your account by requiring a 6-digit code at login. You can update or change your 2FA method inside your PhotoBiz account or by calling PhotoBiz Support toll free at 866.463.7620 (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST).
This guide will walk you through changing your 2FA method inside your control panel.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account with your email address and password.
When prompted, enter the 6-digit verification code you receive. Your code will be sent using the 2FA method you already have set up (via text or via email).
Important:
If you can’t receive the code (changed phone number, lost device, or no longer have access to the email inbox), stop and contact PhotoBiz Support to regain access. This prevents lockouts or repeated failed attempts.
STEP TWO
In your control panel, click on MY ACCOUNT in the left-hand menu.
At the top-center of the screen, hover over the ACCOUNT DETAILS section, then click on LOGIN INFO from the menu that appears.
STEP THREE
In the Login Info section, you’ll see options for your 2FA method:

Phone (Text Message) – available for customers in the US and Canada

Email – available worldwide
Select your preferred method, then click SAVE CHANGES to update your 2FA settings.
