How to Extend a Digital Download Link in PhotoBiz ECommerce
With PhotoBiz Client Galleries ECommerce, you can sell individual digital images or digital packages. By default, digital download links are valid for 7 days after an order is paid. If your client didn’t download their files before the link expired, you can easily resend the link with a new 7-day window.
Follow the steps below to resend a download link:
STEP ONE
Log in to your PhotoBiz account and click on the NOTIFICATION icon located at the top right of your control panel.
STEP TWO
The right side menu will open and you can click on the order you want to extend the download link expiration date for.
STEP THREE
Click the DOWNLOADS button in the upper right corner of that order.
STEP FOUR
Click on the name of the download you want to resend.
FINAL STEP
You'll see the option to update the client's email address (if needed). Then, click SEND NEW DOWNLOAD LINK to send a new link.
The new download link will also be valid for 7 days.
Once the new link is sent, you'll see a confirmation message, and your client will receive the updated link in their inbox.
