The PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder is included with your website membership, but if you prefer using Google Forms, it's easy to embed them into your PhotoBiz website. This guide will show you how to embed a Google Form using the HTML block.

Note: PhotoBiz Support can assist with adding the HTML block and inserting the code from Google Forms. For questions about the design or functionality of third-party forms, please reach out to the Google Form's support.

STEP ONE

Get the Google Form Embed Code

  • Open Google Forms: Select the form you want to embed.
  • Click "Send": In the top right corner, click the "Send" button.
  • Select "Embed": Choose the "<> Embed" option.
  • Copy the Code: A code will appear—copy it.

For additional help, check the Google Forms Help Guide.

STEP TWO

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on the WEBSITE option in the left side menu.

STEP THREE

Select the page name or create a new page where you'd like to add the HTML block. Add the HTML block using one of two methods:

  • Method 1: Click the HTML icon, and it will appear at the bottom of the page.

  • Method 2: Drag and drop the HTML icon to your desired location. When a teal-colored line appears, release the mouse to drop the block. You can drag it up or down to reposition it.

STEP FOUR

Click inside the HTML block or on the pencil icon at the top right, and choose Advanced.

Paste the Google Forms embed code into the text box provided.

Click Save Changes to apply the code.

STYLING OPTIONS FOR YOUR HTML BLOCK

COLORS

The HTML color section includes one color option. This color will override the color for the HTML block that have been picked in the global color picker section under the DESIGN tab. Click on the color square or enter the HEX color code to customize the color for the following section:

  • Background Color

You can add a background image to display behind your HTML block by adding a background image. You can upload your own custom background image or choose one from the Background Library. You can customize how the background image is displayed under the Background Settings.

If you upload a Custom Background or select a file from the Background Library, you can customize how the background image is displayed under the Background Settings from the following 4 different options:

  • Tile: Will tile your image to fill the background
  • Top Left: Will align your image to the top left
  • Centered: Will align your image at the center of the available space
  • Cover: Will scale your image to be as large as possible to completely cover the background

Click on Save Changes to apply your changes to the background settings.

After you've embedded your Google Form on your page, it will appear similar to the screen shot below.
