If you get a pop-up message in your PhotoBiz account that says the following:
"An error has occured. Please check your network connection, refresh the page, and try again."
there are a couple of different things that can cause this. This guide will go over the things to check to fix this error.
Check Your Internet Connection
If you're on a Wifi network, unplug your wireless route for 30 seconds to let it reset or try to use a wired connection. Internet connectivity is usually the culprit if you're getting this error in your control panel and resetting your internet connection will help resolve this.
Reset Google Chrome To Default Settings
- Open Google Chrome
- Click on the menu in the upper right corner of Chrome
- Go To HELP and About Google Chrome to make sure you're on the most up to date version of Chrome. If you need any updates, be sure to download them and install the latest version of Chrome
Check For Chrome Updates
Chrome will tell you when you are on the latest version of the browser. If you have an older version of Chrome installed, you may need to install multiple updates to get caught up.
Reset Chrome Settings
You can restore the settings for your Chrome browser to the orignal defaults. This will ensure that you don't have any settings that are causing issues with your browser.
You'll get a confirmation pop up to reset your Chrome browser to Original Settings.
