How to Delete Gift Cards in Your PhotoBiz ECommerce

PhotoBiz allows you to sell digital Gift Cards through your Website, Scheduler, and Client Galleries. If you no longer want to offer a specific Gift Card, you can permanently delete it from your ECommerce settings. This article walks you through how to remove a Gift Card from your account. By the end, you will know where to delete Gift Cards and what happens after they are removed.

Prerequisites

Before deleting a Gift Card, make sure the following are true.

You no longer need the selected Gift Card
The Gift Card does not need to remain on record for reference

Deleting a Gift Card is permanent and cannot be undone.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE from the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

At the top of the ECommerce control panel, hover over SELL ONLINE, then click GIFT CARDS from the dropdown menu.

STEP THREE

You will see a list of all Gift Cards currently available in your ECommerce system. Click the checkbox to the left of the Gift Card number you want to delete.

STEP FOUR

Click the DELETE button.

FINAL STEP

A panel will open on the right side of the screen asking you to confirm the deletion. Click YES, DELETE to permanently remove the Gift Card. Once deleted, all records of the Gift Card are removed and cannot be recovered.

Helpful Notes

Deleted Gift Cards cannot be restored
If a Gift Card has already been purchased or used, consider keeping it for record-keeping purposes
Removing a Gift Card does not affect other Gift Cards in your account
