PhotoBiz ECommerce allows you to sell custom print sizes directly through your Client Galleries. If you need to adjust pricing for a print size you already offer, you can do so at any time from your ECommerce control panel. This guide walks you through where to find your existing print sizes and how to update their pricing and settings. Changes apply immediately to any galleries using that print size.
Before getting started, make sure:
You can log into your PhotoBiz account.
The print size you want to edit has already been created.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
Click SELL ONLINE, then select PRINTS from the drop-down menu.
Click on the PRINT SIZE you want to update.
The right-side panel will open. Update any of the following fields as needed:
PRINT SIZE: The name of the print size.
PRICE: The amount you charge for this print size.
CHARGE TAX: Whether sales tax applies to this print size.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING: Any extra shipping cost added on top of your global shipping settings.
ACTIVE: Whether this print size is available for purchase.
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
Price changes affect all client galleries that include this print size.
If a print size is set to inactive, clients will no longer see it as a purchase option.
Shipping and tax settings here work in combination with your global ECommerce settings.
