How to Export Form Submissions as a CSV File
If you’re using the PhotoBiz Website Package, your Form & Contract Builder automatically stores all form submissions. Whether you're tracking orders, votes, or other responses—exporting that data is simple!
Follow the steps below to download your form submissions as a CSV file:
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FORMS from the menu on the left.
STEP TWO
At the top of the page, click on SUBMISSIONS.
STEP THREE
From the list, select the form you'd like to export submissions for.
FINAL STEP
Click the EXPORT button to download a .csv file with all your form responses.
Your downloaded CSV will include each form field and the data that’s been submitted—perfect for organizing, reviewing, or sharing information.
