PhotoBiz includes two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance the security of your account and protect your data—such as ecommerce, invoicing, client galleries, email marketing, website builder, and client information—from unauthorized access. You can receive the 2FA code via text message or email. To streamline your login process, you can trust up to three devices to avoid repeated 2FA requests. This guide will show you how to set it up.
PRO TIP!
If multiple people are sharing a single login or need access to your account, consider creating individual user accounts. This way, you don’t have to share your login credentials, and you can set permissions to limit access to specific portions of the control panel.
Learn More: How To Create A New User
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account with your email address and password.
STEP TWO
Enter your 6-digit verification code, check the box that says TRUST THIS DEVICE, and then click the SUBMIT button.
This will store your login credentials for the device and browser you're using for 90 days without needing to use the authentication code again.
Important Note: If you clear your browser cache/cookies, use a browser or security software that doesn’t allow cookies, or log into multiple PhotoBiz accounts from the same device, the "trust this device" option will not store your device as a trusted device.
