If you’d like to proceed with canceling your account, follow the steps below to submit your cancellation request.
PhotoBiz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Website Package memberships, starting from the date your account was created.
Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for refunds on unused membership time.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
Click CANCEL ACCOUNT at the top center of your My Account control panel.
Select your reason for cancellation and submit your cancellation request.
Good to Know:
You can reactivate your account within 180 days by logging in and updating your payment info, in case you change your mind!
