How The Builder Is Organized

The Builder has five main areas across the top navigation:

  • BUILDER – Create and edit pages

  • DESIGN – Control colors, fonts, spacing, and layouts

  • SETTINGS – Manage site-wide features and integrations

  • TRACKING – Add analytics and SEO tracking tools

  • VIEW SITE – Preview your website on desktop, tablet, and mobile

Most of your day-to-day editing happens inside the BUILDER tab.

Working With Pages

Your pages appear in a list on the left side of the Builder.

From here, you can:

  • Add new pages

  • Create drop-down menus

  • Add navigation links

  • Reorder pages using drag-and-drop

  • Edit existing pages and content

Adding a New Page

Click NEW PAGE in the top-left corner above your page list.

Choose from:

  • New Page

  • Drop Down Menu

  • Link

If you select New Page, the right-side panel opens. You can choose a blank page or a pre-designed layout. Page layouts can be filtered by type to help you find what you need quickly.

Click SELECT to choose the page you want to use.

After selecting your page, you can:

  • Set a navigation name (what displays in your website menu)

  • Choose whether to include layout content

  • Set visibility preferences

Click CREATE PAGE to add it to your site.

After adding your page, you can drag and drop it to reorder your navigation.

Page Management Tools (Top-Right Corner)

When you open any page, you’ll see three buttons in the top-right corner:

  • COPY

  • SEO

  • SETTINGS

These tools apply to the page you are currently viewing.

Copy A Page

The COPY button duplicates the entire page, including all blocks and layout structure.

This is useful when:

  • Creating similar service pages
  • Building location-specific pages
  • Reusing a layout structure
  • Creating seasonal or promotional versions

After clicking COPY, the right-side panel opens. You can:

  • Enter a new page name
  • Choose to include existing content or just the structure
  • Set page visibility

Click CREATE COPY to finish.

Inside Page SEO, you can edit:

  • Meta Title
  • Meta Description
  • Meta Keywords
  • Friendly URL
  • Advanced page tracking (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)

The SEO section also includes Ask PhotoBiz AI SEO tools.

Adding a Drop-Down Menu

  • Name the drop-down
  • Set visibility options

Drop-down menus act as containers for pages and external links. You cannot add blocks inside a drop-down, and you cannot place a drop-down inside another drop-down.

To add pages under a drop-down, drag a page into it. The drop-down will highlight when positioned correctly.
