PhotoBiz Website Builder Overview

The PhotoBiz Builder allows you to create completely unique pages to achieve your desired website look. This overview will walk you through some of the most used features in the PhotoBiz Website Builder to build the best website for your business.

GETTING STARTED

To access the PhotoBiz Website Builder:

  • Log into your PhotoBiz account
  • Click on WEBSITE in the menu on the left

Note: If this is your first time logging in, you’ll be asked to choose a starting template. Don’t worry—you have full access to the entire PhotoBiz template catalog. You can switch templates at any time, and your content will automatically update without needing to rebuild your site from scratch.

ADDING PAGES, DROP-DOWN MENUS & LINKS

Once your template is selected, you’ll be in the BUILDER. Here, you can:

  • Add new pages
  • Add blocks to existing pages
  • Edit content and page settings

Adding a New Page

  1. Click the NEW PAGE button (top-left above your list of current pages).

  2. Choose from:

  • New Page
  • Drop Down Menu
  • Link

If you choose New Page:

You can:

  • Set a navigation name (what appears in your menu)
  • Decide if you want to include layout content
  • Set visibility preferences

Click CREATE PAGE to finish.

After adding your page, you can drag and drop it to re-order your pages. 

You can give your new page a NAVIGATION NAME that will display on the menu of your website. You can also choose if you want to include the content from the Predesigned page layout and set the initial page settings for visibility.

Once you've made your choices, click on CREATE PAGE to add your new page to your website.

Adding a Drop-Down Menu

  1. Click NEW PAGE and choose DROP DOWN.

  2. Name your drop-down and set its visibility.

  3. Click SAVE CHANGES.

To add pages under a drop-down:

  • Drag and drop a page into the drop-down (it will highlight green).

Adding a Link

Click NEW PAGE and choose LINK.

Enter the navigation name, visibility, and the URL.

Click SAVE CHANGES.

ADDING AND EDITING BLOCKS ON YOUR PAGES

Each page is built with blocks. You can:

  • Add new blocks
  • Edit existing ones
  • Rearrange blocks using drag-and-drop

PhotoBiz includes 19 different types of block that allow you to add any type of content that you want to showcase on your website. The DUO BUILD feature allows you to move blocks around within the page as well as side-by-side. Each block has it's own in-depth walk through available at the links below.

Adding a New Block

  • Click a block type from the right-side menu to add it to your page
  • Rearrange blocks by dragging them up/down
  • You can even move blocks between pages

Editing an Existing Block

  • Click the block itself, or the pencil icon in the top-right corner
  • Click ADVANCED for more settings

Other options:

  • COPY to duplicate a block
  • DELETE to remove it

SHORTCUTS & PREVIEWS

To manage longer pages with multiple blocks:

Shortcuts Menu (Lower Right Side)

  • UP ARROW – scrolls to the top of the page
  • DOWN ARROW – scrolls to the bottom
  • COLLAPSE ICON – collapses all blocks

You can also collapse and expand individual blocks with the small collapse icon on each block’s top-left.

EDITING YOUR WEBSITE FOOTER

The footer appears on every page (unless hidden in settings). Common footer elements:

  • Contact info
  • Privacy policies
  • Newsletter sign-up
  • Social media icons

To Edit the Footer:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your page list

  2. Click on FOOTER

PhotoBiz offers 8 footer block types. Add blocks to build your footer and rearrange them as needed.

CUSTOMIZING YOUR COLORS, FONTS, & DESIGN

You can update your website’s visual style in the DESIGN section:

  1. Click DESIGN at the top of the builder

  2. You’ll see a live preview of your site

  3. Click Edit Design Settings to access:

  • Blog, Products, Services, Scheduler Layouts – Customize these features independently → Guides:

Scheduler: Scheduler Page Layouts

  • Animations - Add Image Hover and Button Hover animations → Guides:

SOCIAL MEDIA, SITE LINKS, SITE SEARCH + SHOPPING CART, BLOG WIDGETS, & 301 REDIRECTS

Within your SETTINGS tab, you can add integrations and polish your user experience.

Social Media Icons

Blog Widgets

Redirects
