How to Add or Update Site Links on Your PhotoBiz Website

Site Links are customizable navigation tools that help visitors quickly access important information—like your phone number, address, or contact form. These links typically appear in your website’s header or footer and can be added or updated at any time.

Note: Site Links are not found in your regular Website Pages section. Instead, they are managed through your Website Settings.

Template Tip: The position and location of Site Links on your live site will vary depending on the website template you’re using.

STEP ONE

Log into Your Account

From your PhotoBiz dashboard, click WEBSITE in the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Open Your Website Settings

At the top of your Website Builder, click the SETTINGS tab.

STEP THREE

Click on "Site Links"

This is where you manage your website’s quick-access links.

Click NEW LINK to add a new link.
Click the name of an existing link to edit it.
Select a link and click DELETE to remove it.

STEP FOUR

Choose the Link Style & Action

Choose how your link should appear:

Button – A stylized clickable button
Text Only – A clickable word or phrase
Icon Only – A visual icon
Text and Icon – A combination of both

Then, choose a link type:

Link Type	What It Does
None	No link action (for visual use only)
External Link	Links to another website
Page	Opens a page on your PhotoBiz website
Form	Connects to a custom form you've created
Marketing	Links to a campaign or landing page
File	Opens a PDF, image, or other file from your account
Phone	Adds a click-to-call function
Email	Opens the visitor’s email client to send you a message
Address	Opens your address in Google Maps
Video	Embeds a YouTube or Vimeo video in a pop-up window

FINAL STEP

Click CREATE LINK to add your site link to your website.
