How Do I Add A Link to an External Site?

How to Add an External Link to Your Website Navigation in PhotoBiz

Want to link to a third-party website, social media profile, or online listing from your website’s menu? You can easily add a custom link to your navigation in just a few steps.

STEP ONE

Log Into Your PhotoBiz Account

Click on WEBSITES from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Make sure you’re in the BUILDER section.
Click the NEW PAGE button at the top left of your pages list.
In the menu that opens, select LINK.

STEP THREE

The right-side panel will open where you can enter your link details:

  • Navigation Name – The label that will appear in your website’s menu (e.g., “Instagram” or “Book Now”).

  • Page Visibility – Choose whether the link is Visible, Hidden, or Disabled.

  • Link To – Select External Link from the dropdown, then paste the URL you want visitors to go to when they click the menu item.

Click SAVE CHANGES to publish your new link in your website navigation.

STEP FOUR (OPTIONAL)

Click and drag your external link to reorder it in your website menu. You can place it as a top-level menu item or move it into a drop down menu.
