Before using PhotoBiz AI, we recommend completing your BUSINESS PROFILE in the BRANDING section of your PhotoBiz control panel.

Your Business Profile provides information that Ask PhotoBiz AI can use to personalize content for your website, blog, SEO settings, and marketing campaigns.

Helpful information includes:

  • Business Name: The name of your photography business.

  • Location: The city, state, or region where you provide services.

  • Photography Specialties: The services you offer, such as weddings, families, newborns, seniors, or commercial photography.

  • Photography Style: How you describe your work, such as candid, natural, artistic, or traditional.

  • Brand Voice: The tone you prefer, such as friendly, conversational, polished, or professional.

For example, a wedding photographer specializing in outdoor ceremonies will need different content than a newborn photographer offering studio sessions.

The more specific and accurate your business information is, the better PhotoBiz AI can tailor its suggestions to your photography business.

You can update your Business Profile whenever your business changes. Updates help with future AI-generated content but do not automatically change website content, blog posts, or emails you've already created.

Redesign Your Existing Website with PhotoBiz AI and Draft Websites

If you already have a PhotoBiz website, you don't have to start a new account or take your current website offline to redesign it.

The Draft Website feature allows existing PhotoBiz 9 customers to create an updated version of their website while their current website remains available to visitors.

You can use this feature to:

  • Redesign your website using PhotoBiz AI Website Creator

  • Explore a new website template

  • Rebuild pages and navigation

  • Update your brand identity

  • Prepare a website redesign before making it live

How to Create a Draft Website

Click WEBSITE in your PhotoBiz control panel to open the Website Builder.

In the upper-left corner, click LIVE WEBSITE, then click DRAFT WEBSITE.

You can choose how to build your new website:

  • Use PhotoBiz AI Website Creator: Complete the guided setup to generate new website pages, written content, layouts, and SEO information using your business details and images.

  • Build Without AI: Click SKIP SETUP to start with a website template and create your own pages and content.

Your existing Live Website will remain online while you build and customize the Draft Website.

What Happens to Your Existing Website?

Your Live Website and Draft Website have separate pages, navigation, templates, and design settings.

Changes to these parts of your Draft Website do not replace the website visitors currently see at your domain.

However, both websites use some content from the same PhotoBiz account, including:

  • Clipboard images and Documents

  • ECommerce products and services

  • Client Galleries

  • Blog posts

  • Forms and Contracts

  • Scheduler services

Changes to shared content can also affect your Live Website. For example, editing an existing ECommerce product or Client Gallery while working on your draft may change information used by your live site.

Publish Your Draft Website When You're Ready

When your redesigned website is complete, you can review it and publish it to your connected domain.

Publishing switches the roles of your website versions:

  • Your Draft Website becomes your new Live Website.

  • Your connected domain displays the newly published website.

  • Your previous Live Website becomes your Draft Website.

  • Both website versions remain saved in your PhotoBiz account.

Important: Before publishing, review your tracking codes, 301 redirects, and any pages from your previous website that are missing from the draft. Tracking codes and 301 redirects do not automatically transfer from your Live Website to your Draft Website.

Create Individual Pages with PhotoBiz AI Page Creator

Already have a website but need to add another page?

The PhotoBiz AI Page Creator helps you create individual website pages without starting from a blank layout.

You can use it to create:

To access the AI Page Creator, click WEBSITE in your PhotoBiz control panel. Click NEW PAGE, then select PAGE.

After creating your page, you can edit text, replace images, rearrange blocks, adjust layouts, and update the design.
