Follow the on-screen steps to enter your business information. Make sure everything you provide matches what's listed on your website and social media accounts — consistency helps with your Google ranking!
Business Location
To verify your business, Google requires a physical address.
- PO Boxes are not accepted
- If you work from home, you can use your home address and choose to hide it from public view
To hide your address:
- Select “I deliver goods and services to my customers”
- Then check “Hide my address (it’s not a store). Only show region.”
Delivery Area
You’ll have two options:
- “Deliver in person within region, city or postcode” – great if you want to list specific ZIP codes
- “Deliver in person within a distance from business” – ideal for setting a service radius around your location

Business Category
