How to Make Scheduler Services Searchable
You can help visitors find your Scheduler services faster by adding search keywords and scheduler tags. Once added, these terms allow your services to appear in your website’s on-site search results when a visitor types in a matching word or phrase.
Follow the steps below to make your Scheduler services searchable.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-hand menu.
STEP TWO
At the top of your Scheduler dashboard, click SERVICES to view all of your scheduled services.
STEP THREE
Open or Create a Scheduler Service
Click the name of an existing service to edit it, or click ADD SERVICE to create a new one.
STEP FOUR
Add Search Keywords
In the right-side panel, click on the SEO & SEARCH tab.
In the Search Keywords field, enter words or phrases someone might use to find this service. Separate each keyword with a comma.
Example:
senior headshots, newborn photography, studio session
When finished, click SAVE CHANGES.
STEP FIVE
Add Scheduler Tags
Click on the TAGS button in the service editor.
Enter each tag one at a time, clicking ADD after each one.
Repeat this process to include multiple tags.
When done, click SAVE CHANGES.
Your Scheduler services will now appear in your website’s on-site search results, making it easier for clients to find and book the services they’re looking for.
Best Practices for Searchability
- Use specific and descriptive keywords that match what clients would naturally type when searching (for example, “mini session” instead of just “session”).
- Include location-based terms if you serve a specific area (for example, “Greensboro family photography”).
- Review your keywords periodically to ensure they still reflect your current services and specialties.
