How to Reschedule an Appointment in Your PhotoBiz Scheduler
You can easily reschedule a customer’s appointment in your PhotoBiz Scheduler control panel. This guide will walk you through the steps to move an already booked appointment to another available date and time.
Important Note:
You can only reschedule appointments that have not yet occurred.
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Locate the appointment you want to reschedule. Click on that appointment to open its details.
STEP THREE
In the right-side menu, click the RESCHEDULE button for the appointment you’re changing.
STEP FOUR
Select the new date and available time for the appointment.
Click SAVE CHANGES to update the appointment to the new time slot.
Once saved, your client will automatically receive a confirmation email with the updated appointment details.
Your Scheduler will also refresh automatically, making the original time slot available again and booking the new one.
