How to Sync Your PhotoBiz Scheduler with Apple Calendar

The PhotoBiz Scheduler makes it easy for clients to book sessions online, and you can sync those appointments directly to your Apple Calendar! This guide walks you through how to set it up in just a few steps.

Important to Know:

  • This is a one-way sync. Changes made in your Apple Calendar will not update in your PhotoBiz Scheduler.

  • The feed includes appointments scheduled up to one year in advance.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click SCHEDULER from the left-hand menu.

STEP TWO

Copy Your Calendar Feed Link

  • In your Scheduler control panel, click CALENDAR FEED at the top.
  • Highlight and copy the Calendar Feed link, you’ll use it in the next steps.

STEP THREE

Open Your Apple Calendar

  • Open the Apple Calendar app on your computer.

  • In the top menu, click File, then select New Calendar Subscription.

STEP FOUR

Add Your Calendar Feed

  • In the pop-up window, paste the Calendar Feed link you copied from PhotoBiz.

  • Click Subscribe to add your PhotoBiz Scheduler to your Apple Calendar.

Your PhotoBiz appointments will now appear in your Apple Calendar automatically!

A Few More Tips:

  • Review & Manage Your Sync

    • Sync Timing: Apple Calendar checks for updates periodically. It may take some time for new bookings to appear.

    • Managing Appointments: Always make changes (like rescheduling or canceling) inside your PhotoBiz Scheduler. Updates made directly in Apple Calendar will not sync back to PhotoBiz.
