How to Submit a Feature Request in PhotoBiz

Overview

PhotoBiz is always evolving, and your feedback plays an important role in shaping new features and improvements. If you have an idea for a new feature or enhancement, you can submit it directly to our team using the Feature Request form.

This guide walks you through how to access the form, submit your idea, and provide the details needed for review. By the end, your request will be successfully submitted for consideration.

STEP ONE

Open the Feature Request Form
Go to clients.photobiz.com to access the feature request form.

STEP TWO

Fill Out the Form

You can vote in our poll for our most popular feature requests that haven't been released yet and scrool down below to find our form if your suggestion isn't already in the voting. 

Provide the following information to help us fully understand your request:

  • Your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Account ID
  • Photography Type (such as Wedding, Portrait, etc.)
  • Product Area (for example, Website Builder, Client Galleries, Forms, etc.)
  • Feature Objective & Category
  • Detailed Description of the feature and how it would improve your workflow

The more details you include, the better we can evaluate your suggestion.

STEP THREE

Submit Your Request
Once you’ve completed the form, click Submit to send your idea directly to our team.

Please Note:

All requests are carefully reviewed by our team. However, submitting a feature request does not guarantee that it will be developed. Requests are considered based on how they align with the PhotoBiz platform and their impact on users.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

• You can return to the Feature Request page at any time to vote on other ideas
• Voting on existing requests can increase visibility and priority
• Submitting duplicate requests is not necessary if your idea is already listed
