How to Purchase Additional Marketing Emails in PhotoBiz
If you’re sending frequent marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, or newsletters to a large client list, you may need more than the 10,000 marketing emails included with your PhotoBiz account each month. You can easily increase your monthly email limit by purchasing additional email packages directly from your account settings.
Additional email packages range from 3,000 to 40,000 more emails per month, and you can combine multiple packages for a higher total. These upgrades are available as monthly or yearly add-ons, depending on your account’s billing type.
Your marketing email count resets on the 1st of each month, and any unused emails do not roll over to the next month.
Follow the steps below to increase your email limits:
STEP ONE
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click MARKETING in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your Marketing control panel, click UPGRADE.
STEP THREE
Choose from the available email upgrade options:

3,000 emails per month – $5/month ($60/yearly)

12,000 emails per month – $20/month ($240/yearly)

25,000 emails per month – $40/month ($480/yearly)
-
40,000 emails per month – $70/month ($840/yearly)
You can stack multiple packages to reach the total number of emails you need each month.
Once you’ve selected your desired amount, scroll down and place your order to complete the upgrade.
Your total will be pro-rated based on how many days remain in your current billing cycle.
That’s it! You’ve now successfully added more marketing emails to your PhotoBiz account.
Important Note
If your account is on an annual plan but you prefer to pay for your additional emails monthly, you can convert your membership to a monthly plan in the MY ACCOUNT tab on the left-side menu.
