How to Make a Copy of an Image from the Image Clipboard

The Image Clipboard is built into every PhotoBiz account and allows you to reuse images throughout your account without uploading them multiple times. Each image only counts once toward your total file storage, even if it is used in multiple places. This article explains how to create a copy of an image from your Image Clipboard so you can reuse it anywhere in your website, galleries, or tools. By the end of this guide, you will know how to duplicate an image and access it across your account.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click FILES in the left-side menu. This opens the Files area where you can view images already stored in your Image Clipboard or upload new images if needed.

The Image Clipboard is available anywhere in your account that allows image uploads, including pages, blog posts, and galleries.

STEP TWO

Click WEBSITE in the left-side menu, then navigate to the page that contains the image you want to copy. Open the block where the image is currently being used so the image thumbnail appears in the right-side panel.

STEP THREE

In the right-side panel, click and drag the image thumbnail directly onto the CLIPBOARD button. This action creates a copy of the image and adds it to your Image Clipboard.

STEP FOUR

Once the image is copied to your Image Clipboard, you can use it anywhere in your PhotoBiz account. This includes your website pages, blog posts, Client Galleries, ECommerce items, Scheduler services, and Marketing tools.

Your image will now be available without requiring another upload, and it will not increase your file count.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

You can select one image or multiple images from the Image Clipboard to insert them into a page or remove them if they are no longer needed.

To check how much storage space your images are using, click FILES in the left-side menu and then click SPACE at the top of the Files section. This shows your current file usage and remaining storage.
