How To Download Images from the Clipboard

HOW TO DOWNLOAD IMAGES FROM YOUR IMAGE CLIPBOARD

With your PhotoBiz Website Package, you get access to the Image Clipboard — a powerful tool that lets you reuse your uploaded files throughout your account without uploading them multiple times. You can even organize your images into folders for easier access.

Sometimes, you may want to download these images for backup or reuse elsewhere. Follow the steps below to create a digital download of your clipboard images.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on CLIENT GALLERIES in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click the NEW EVENT button to create a new gallery.

STEP THREE

Name your event something like "Clipboard Download" so you’ll remember its purpose.

Then, click CREATE EVENT at the bottom of the control panel.

STEP FOUR

In your newly created gallery, click on the CLIPBOARD button.

STEP FIVE

Choose the images you want to download:

Select individual files, or click Select All if needed.

If you’ve organized your clipboard with folders, navigate to the correct folder to find your images.

Click INSERT to add the selected images into your event.

STEP SIX

Once the images are added, click the DOWNLOAD GALLERY button in the top-right corner.

STEP SEVEN

Enter your email address and choose your desired file resolution:

Web Resolution

High Resolution

Original Files (only available if you’ve purchased the Original Files upgrade before uploading)

Click SEND FILES to receive a zip file link via email.

You’ll get a download link in your inbox shortly — just click the link to download your images!
