How to Delete Files from Your Documents Library in PhotoBiz

If you no longer need a file in your Documents Library, it's easy to remove it and free up storage space in your PhotoBiz account.

⚠️ Important:

Deleted files cannot be recovered. If you might need a file later, be sure to download and save it before deleting. To restore a deleted file, you'll need to re-upload it.

💡 Pro Tip

You can upload a variety of file types to your Documents Library, including:
JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TTF, OTF, WOFF2, PDF, PSD, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, ZIP, ICO, MP3, JS, CSS, SVG

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on FILES in the left-side menu.

STEP TWO

Click on Documents at the top of the Files section. This displays a list of all uploaded files.

STEP THREE

Choose the files you want to delete. You can:

  • Check the box next to each file. Selected files will be highlighted in teal, then click DELETE.
  • Or, drag and drop a file directly onto the DELETE button (it will turn red when ready).

FINAL STEP

A confirmation message will appear. Click OK to permanently delete your selected files.
