You can sell digital product downloads through your PhotoBiz ECommerce store, and clients receive a download link after they place an order. If a client does not download their file before the link expires, you can easily extend the expiration date or increase the number of download attempts. This guide will show you how to update the download settings directly from the customer’s order.
Log into your PhotoBiz account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
Mouse over TRACKING at the top of your control panel and click on ORDERS from the drop-down menu.
Click on the ORDER NUMBER for the order that needs an extended digital download link.
Click the DOWNLOADS button in the upper right corner of the order.
In the right-side menu, click on the name of the DOWNLOAD you want to update.
You can update the following options:
Click Save Changes to apply the new settings.
