Overview
If messages sent from your iPhone are appearing in the wrong folder when you log into PhotoBiz Webmail, your iPhone may be using a different server folder for sent messages.
PhotoBiz Webmail does not choose which server folder your iPhone uses for Sent, Drafts, or Deleted messages. Your iPhone Mail settings determine which mailbox on the mail server is used for these messages.
This guide shows you how to update the Sent Mailbox setting on your iPhone so new outgoing messages are stored in the correct Sent folder and appear where expected in PhotoBiz Webmail.
Your PhotoBiz Mailbox uses IMAP to keep your email and mail folders synchronized between the mail server and devices such as your iPhone.
Your iPhone determines which server folder it uses to store sent messages. For example, if the iPhone is configured to use a folder named Sent Items instead of Sent, both folders may appear when you log into PhotoBiz Webmail.
Changing the Sent Mailbox setting tells your iPhone which server folder to use for future outgoing messages.
Under On the Server, select the Sent folder you want your iPhone to use for outgoing messages. A checkmark will appear next to the selected folder.
Make sure you select a folder under On the Server so your sent messages remain synchronized with PhotoBiz Webmail.
There is no confirmation message when you select the folder. Once the checkmark appears, tap the back arrow to return to your account settings.
Tap DONE in the top-right corner of your Account Settings to finish.
Send a test email from your iPhone. Then log into PhotoBiz Webmail and open the Sent folder to confirm that the new message appears there.
Changing this setting only affects messages sent after the change. Messages that were previously stored in another folder will remain in their existing folder unless you move them manually.
If your Mail settings do not match the steps shown in this guide or the Mail app is not behaving as expected, check whether an iOS update is available.
Open Settings, tap General, then tap Software Update.
Installing the latest available iOS update also updates Apple's built-in Mail app and related account settings. After the update is complete, return to your PhotoBiz Mailbox settings and check the Sent Mailbox setting again.

Why do I see both Sent and Sent Items in PhotoBiz Webmail?
A device or email program connected to your PhotoBiz Mailbox may have been configured to use a different server folder for sent messages.
For example, your iPhone may have used Sent Items while PhotoBiz Webmail also displayed the standard Sent folder. Updating your iPhone to use the correct Sent folder prevents new messages from continuing to be stored in the other folder.
The existing folder and any messages already stored there will not automatically be removed.
Will changing the Sent Mailbox move my old sent messages?
No. Changing the Sent Mailbox determines where new messages sent from your iPhone are stored.
Messages already stored in another folder will remain there unless they are moved manually.
How do I know the change worked?
Send a test email from your iPhone after updating the setting.
Log into PhotoBiz Webmail and open the Sent folder. If the test message appears there, your iPhone is using the correct server folder.
What if my iPhone settings look different from the screenshots?
Apple may change the Settings app, Mail app, or account menus between iOS versions.
Check Settings > General > Software Update for available iOS updates. You can also use the search field in the Settings app to search for Mail Accounts.
If you still cannot locate the setting, contact Apple Support for assistance navigating the Mail settings on your version of iOS.
What if sent messages are still going into the wrong folder?
Confirm that the Sent Mailbox setting is pointing to the correct folder under On the Server.
If you use the same PhotoBiz Mailbox on another phone, tablet, or computer, check that device's mail settings as well. Each email program may independently determine which server folder it uses for sent messages.
