Your PhotoBiz Mailbox allows you to send emails from a professional address like you@yourdomain.com. You can enhance that professionalism by adding an image—such as your logo or headshot—to your email signature. This article walks you through where to find the signature settings and how to upload an image correctly. By the end, your email signature will include a branded image that appears automatically on your outgoing messages.

Recommended Image Dimensions
These are general guidelines to help your signature image display well across most email clients:
Logos:
Width: 150–300 pixels
Height: 50–100 pixels
A common, safe size is around 200 × 80 pixels
Headshots or square images:
80 × 80 pixels to 120 × 120 pixels
Image Tips
Use PNG files for logos, especially if you need a transparent background.
Keep designs simple so they remain clear at small sizes.
Avoid relying on the image alone for contact details, since some email clients block images by default.
