When using the PhotoBiz Form & Contract Builder, you may want to be notified via email anytime you receive a submission. The platform will send your notification emails to the email address you use to log into your account by default. If you prefer to use a different email or multiple emails for your form submission notifications, it is quick and easy to update.
PRO TIP!
Be sure to log into the email address that you are using for form submission notifications and add the following address to your contact list/address book:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.photobiz.com
This will white list the PhotoBiz notification server and ensure you don't miss any notification emails that come from PhotoBiz or your website.
STEP ONE
Click on the FORMS option in the left side menu of your PhotoBiz control panel and then click on the form you'd like to update the email address that notifications are sent to.
STEP TWO
Select the form you wish to set custom email notifications for.
STEP THREE
Click on the gear icon toward the top right corner and select settings.
STEP FOUR
Under Email Notification, enter your email address and click on save changes at the bottom of the page.
Pro Tip: You can enter multiple email addresses here for notifications, simply separate them with a comma if you need notifications sent to more than 1 email address.
