How To Export Client Galleries Favorites to Adobe Lightroom

🎯 Exporting Client Favorites from PhotoBiz to Lightroom

Speed up your editing workflow by sending your clients’ favorite images straight to Lightroom!

If your client has picked their favorite images in a PhotoBiz gallery, you can export a list of those files as a .CSV file and use it in Adobe Lightroom to quickly find and edit just the images they love—no more searching one by one.

This guide walks you through the process, step by step.

📌 A Quick Heads-Up

PhotoBiz is not affiliated with Adobe or Lightroom. While our Passionate Support Team can help you find and export the CSV file, questions about Lightroom itself should be directed to Adobe Support.

STEP ONE

Log into your PhotoBiz account and go to the Client Galleries section.

STEP TWO

Open the Activity Panel

  • Click on the Activity tab in the top menu.
  • Select the client whose favorites you want to export.
  • You’ll now see all the images they marked as favorites.

STEP THREE

Export the CSV File

  • Click on the Export tab.
  • Choose to export the list with or without file extensions (.JPG, .PNG, etc.), depending on your preference.
  • You can also simply copy the file names from the list on-screen if you prefer not to export a file.

STEP FOUR

Open Lightroom & Search for Favorites

Now that you’ve got the list, you can use it in Lightroom to find the exact images quickly.

Here’s how:

  1. Open Adobe Lightroom.

  2. In the Library Module, go to the search/filter bar.

  3. Set the filter like this:

    • First drop-down: Filename

    • Second drop-down: Contains

    • Paste the filenames (comma-separated from your CSV or copied list) into the search bar.

✨ Lightroom will now display only the favorited images so you can get straight to editing!
