How Clients Can Place an Order In Your PhotoBiz Client Galleries
PhotoBiz Client Galleries make it simple to sell prints, digital files, products, and packages. You can customize pricing for each event, and your clients can enjoy a smooth, guided ordering experience from start to finish.
Here’s how it works for your client:
STEP ONE
Accessing the Gallery
Your client will start by logging into their event gallery to view their images.
✅ Best Practice Tip:
We recommend enabling Email Collection on the cover page. This allows clients to start shopping right away and triggers your automated emails to help guide them through the ordering process.
STEP TWO
Start Shopping
Once inside the gallery, your client can begin ordering by hovering over any image with their mouse and clicking the shopping cart icon.
🛒 No Email Collection?
If email collection isn’t turned on, the client will be prompted to enter their email after clicking the shopping cart icon. This step creates their cart and starts the ordering and saved cart process. You can view clients progress including saved cart, favorites, comments, and downloads in the Activity section of your control panel.
STEP THREE
Add Items To The Cart
After entering their email, your client will see the available:
- Prints
- Digital Images
- Packages
- Other Products
(based on the price list you assigned to the event)
They can add items by clicking the + icon next to the options they want.
Once an item is added, they can:
- Continue adding more images and products
- Or go straight to checkout when ready
STEP FOUR
Review The Cart
Before checking out, your client can review their order in the cart.
They’ll be able to:
- Remove or change items
- Continue shopping
- Apply a coupon (if available)
- Proceed to checkout
STEP FIVE
Enter Billing & Shipping Details
At checkout, your client will:

Enter their billing info

Optionally enter a separate shipping address
This part is simple and clearly laid out to avoid confusion.
STEP SIX
Choose Shipping Options
Next, your client will pick from the shipping methods you’ve made available.
Only the options selected in your Price List settings will be shown here.
FINAL STEP
Complete The Payment
In the final step:
- Your client will review their total
- Enter a gift card code (if applicable)
- Answer any custom checkout questions
- Choose their payment method
Then, they click Submit Order to finish.
💳 PayPal Users:
If your client chooses PayPal, they’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
✅ Once payment is submitted, they’ll see an Order Confirmation screen with the option to view their receipt or continue shopping.
